Baldwin 8011.016.00525 Lock Cylinder Drive Cam

This is an exact replacement for a tiny, fragile part inside what is otherwise a very well built Baldwin door lock set. When coming into the house, if you turn the key to unlock the door, and then continue to turn the key to open the door (as opposed to grasping the knob with your hand), the twisting force is applied through this fragile part and can break it. Fortunately, it's easy to replace this part without having to disassemble the lock cylinder itself.
