Shipping & Returns
Only merchandise in resalable condition may be returned - shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A Mr. Lock return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise - copy of Invoice is required. Material returned without an (RMA) is subject to refusal. Return requests must be made within 20 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in original condition, not installed, and original box not marred with writing. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee depending on product packing and condition. A reliable method of return delivery, and package insurance is highly recommended. Special orders, or custom merchandise is not subject to return unless factory error. Material returned without an RMA#, or returned after 30 days is subject to refusal, and/or higher restock fees.
Cancelled orders, orders that have not shipped, may be subject to a 5% processing fee at our descretion depending on how far the order is in the fullfillment process.
Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled.
Refused deliveries are subject to restock fees, return shipping charges, and subject to the same guidelines as outlined in our return policy.
Refused orders may not be covered by carriers insurance - check with the carrier.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Mr. Lock - Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship on-line orders as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day*, or following business day. Special order items lead time will vary - please inquire. Various items may have a standard 1-2 day lead time before shipping.
Standard shipping is available via UPS Ground Service, FedEx Ground Service, or UPS Priority mail, First Class Mail or International Express.

Priority Mail, and First Class Mail shipments will normally be delivered to our local post office on the next business day. All lead times are quoted based on business shipping days, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday, or Holidays) are not counted. Shipping via US Mail may be more economical on occasion, however tracking in-transite information is not as detailed as other carriers, and may entail waiting 1-2 weeks before we can reship your order, if the package is lost. Please select UPS or FedEx if reliable tracking is required.
Shipping and Handling estimates for domestic shipments may be calculated prior to completing the checkout process simply by adding an item to your shopping cart, adjust quantities (if necessary), click checkout or the shopping cart icon then click estimate shipping and taxes for available shipping options.
International shipping is available via several methods - many small items can be shipped via US Postal Global Express, and may be ordered on-line. Larger orders can be shipped via our freight forwarders - please inquire for additional options. Delivery for ALL international shipments is DDU - delivery duty unpaid. All taxes, duties and broker fees are the responsibility of the party taking delivery. When placing small orders we highly recommend using US Mail into your local delivery area which may avoid extraneous broker fees.
Please Note: We have a $15.00 USD minimum order, excluding shipping, to ship outside of the USA.
* Shipping days are Monday - Friday. Orders received after 11:00am central time may be shipped the following business day regardless of shipping method. *
Example shipping times:
If you place an order on Tuesday by 12:00 (Noon) and request 2nd Day Air. Your package should arrive on Thursday.
If you place and order on Thursday by 12:00 Noon and request 3 Day Select, your package should arrive the following Tuesday.
