Weslock 12721-06 US4 Deadlatch, fits Weslock 600 Series, Adjustable

This product came exactly as described. Great quality and very easy installation. It solved the problem for my door not opening and the door works like new now.

This is the deadlatch for my back door. The original deadlatch failed internally such that if you closed the door by pushing it closed, it would bang on the latch and the door would not close. It would just *BANG*, the latch would not move, and the door would rebound open. A slight turn of the handle and pull it by hand and all was well, but still that's not how it's supposed to work. The latch extension would simply not return into the door when the door was pushed to close. I took it apart and tried to find a mechanical fault, but decided replacing the deadlatch was the best guess. The one from Mr. Lock is an identical replacement, and it worked perfectly. The door now closes like it is supposed to. My Mr. Lock experience was excellent. Great communication and quick delivery. I'm a happy customer.
