Emtek Torsion Spring, Return Spring for Levers

I thought was getting the right product from Amazon...WRONG,. It was not the same, did not work and returned with no alternative from Amazon. I then called Emtek support. They were accommodating but had a very poor knowledge base of there own product. I supplemented multiple pics and caliper measurements. Emtek sent me a bag full of useless parts and essentially wanted me to change all my hardware out. This would have been no less than a 3K to 4K expense for a 7+ dollar part. Luckley, I found Mr Lock and they had the EXACT part. There was a minimal shipping fee that I was happy to pay and came sooner than I expected. Great Job Thanks!!!
