    About a year ago, I ordered the full lock installation kit for my file cabinet but the cylinder seized and had to be forced open so as to get access to the files. It turned out that the locking pin on the top had jammed itself so that it would not retract when the key was turned. Fortunately, Mr. Lock sells the cylinder separately and the replacement was a cinch. The file cabinet is secured once more and I appreciate the quick assistance the folks at Mr. Lock to resolve this issue.
