Cal-Royal FLW-22 26D Automatic Flushbolt (Pair)

This product 18137 - Automatic Flushbolt, FLW-22 26D (Pair) is a disappointment, I purchased 5 pairs of these product and with 17 months 4 of them are broken, it is either : the flush bolt is stuck, hence my door can not be opened or the lever that push the bolt is broken that my door can be locked, bottom line : your door is either can not be opened or can not be locked.. you can imagine once you install this product and it broken, you must dismantle the whole door, it could be dangerous that in case of emergency, i.e: fire, the door can not be opened or when you leave the house the door can not be locked.. !! I contacted MR.LOCK and there is nor replacement policy at all.. never buy this particular item, it is one of the economic in term of price and obviously you will regret it. ********************************** From Mr. Lock -> Mr. Lock will gladly repair/replace items within 90 days of the transaction. After this time period we would contact the manufacturer for their warranty policy. At this point we would recommend speaking with technical support at the manufacturer in order to determine if there is an installation issue or if the product is being using for an application it is not designed for.
